Pet policy We welcome all breeds of pets ( Dog and cat ) their weight must be less than 6 kg. In this regard, please pay attention to the rules for keeping dogs. By reading this text, the pet owner accepts that they have all the following conditions and agrees to obey by them 1- The maximum accommodation capacity for pets in the house is one. 2- Your pet should be calm, nice and quiet. 3- You declare that you have completed all vaccinations for your pet and that they are up to date. 4- It is forbidden to leave a pet alone at home. 5- Your pet cannot sleep or sit on beds, sofas, dining tables, sunbeds, or any spaces used by guests. They are allowed to rest and sleep only on their own mattress. 6- Pets are not allowed to use the bathrooms. 7- The pet owner must have relevant insurance to cover possible damages caused by the pet. Otherwise, by reading this text, they accept responsibility for any potential and pay damages. 8- At night, after your pet has toileted (which must be done outside the house and urbanization), place a pad near the animal’s mattress so that it can use it if necessary. If the pet uses it, remember to clean and sterilize that area 9- The urbanisation strictly enforces specific rules regarding pet ownership, and the most important of these rules are as follows: 9-1 - It is forbidden to walk pets in urbanization areas and gardens. 9-2 - Pets are not allowed in the pool area. 9-3- Urinating and defecating in gardens and urbanisation areas is strictly forbidden for domestic animals. If you witness a violation, fines will be imposed( 750 Euro ) .
